Mechanical design 
Our designers develop concept sketches, 2D layouts, 3D models, 3D printing, and rapid prototypes. We strive to pragmatically refine initial concepts into engineered, manufactural products. Most elegant design concept is of no real value to our clients if they cannot manufacture it cost-effectively and sell it at a profit. Our rapid prototyping services allow clients to review initial drafts of their parts before manufacturing, ensuring they always receive the right custom components to fulfill their needs.

Electric design and engineering

Drafting and detailing with GD&T application
Understand the requirements for the finished part and its interaction with the next level of assembly. Work with Engineering and/or Design to define GD& T Datums which are consistent with the functionality of the finished part. Define a dimensioning scheme to convey the finished part requirements. Define a tolerance scheme which insures the part will function throughout the range of manufacturing variability. And when adding tolerances, make sure they are achievable by the manufacturing process and that they can be inspected.
